Adieu! Dark-circles

The eye is a sensitive and fragile area that easily reveals the marks of fatigue or age, the poor circulation and the disruption of lymphatic tissues.

Before giving you the tips you need to know where it comes from dark circles:

  • one must have a healthy lifestyle : Reduce your consumption of alcohol or tobacco that damage your skin and eat healthy food
  • practicing such a sport to let off steam and relieve stress
  • moisturize your skin
  • Get enough sleep to let your body recover

Now, we move to the 4 natural anti-dark circles:

1.) Cucumber for moisturizing the dark circles:

Place slices on your eyes for a few minutes.


2.) The acidity of the lemon to lighten dark circles:

Soak two cotton removing makeup with a few drops of lemon juice and place them under the eyes for ten minutes.


3.) ice cube:

On the cold, blood circulation is stimulated and lymphatic tissues are regenerated.

Add small  ice cubes wrapped in a towel under your eyes to avoid irritating the skin,


Otherwise  apply a metal spoon previously cooled in the refrigerator and place the back of the spoon to your eyes.


4.) Chamomile to fight against swollen eyes :

Feverfew was used by our grandmothers to get rid of dark circles and puffiness.

The procedure is simple:

First, infuse 1 tablespoon of feverfew in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, soak two cotton makeup removers in your tea and leave to cool a few minutes in the refrigerator. Finally, let cottons for ten minutes on each eye.
